These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ilmerastudyabroad.com and the consultancy services offered by ILMERA Study Abroad ("ILMERA," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of the ILMERA Group based in Coorg, Kodagu, Karnataka, India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Our Services

ILMERA Study Abroad provides online academic review, admissions and application guidance, financial information, cost comparison, scholarship guidance and visa-document guidance. ILMERA guides students on obtaining income certificates, MOI letters and other supporting documents. ILMERA guides students through APS requirements and document preparation for Germany. ILMERA offers counselling for students interested in studying medicine in Russia. Recognition and permission to practise are decided by the responsible authorities. ILMERA does not provide advice on working during study or staying after study. Lender selection, loan decisions and account opening remain with the student and the relevant provider. Tax and investment advice are outside ILMERA's scope. Consultations are by phone, WhatsApp and video call, without counselling premises.

3. Nature of Guidance Provided

ILMERA acts as a consultant and facilitator. We provide guidance based on the information you share with us, our knowledge of destination countries, and current publicly available requirements. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, embassies, or visa authorities. Admission offers, scholarship awards, and visa approvals are granted solely at the discretion of the relevant university, institution, or government authority.

We do not guarantee admission to any specific university, the award of any specific scholarship, or the approval of any visa application. Any figures, timelines, or eligibility criteria we share are based on the best information available to us at the time and are subject to change by the relevant institution or government body without notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic history, financial situation, and background.
  • Promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.
  • Provide genuine documents and certificates, and understand that submission of false or fraudulent documents may result in the rejection of your application and possible legal consequences under applicable law.
  • Meet application deadlines and respond to requests for documents or information in a timely manner, as delays on your part may affect the outcome of your application.

5. Fees and Payments

ILMERA charges the student a service charge between ₹3 lakh and ₹15 lakh, depending on destination and university. This is on top of the university's own fee. ILMERA also receives payments from some partner universities. ILMERA has a written service-fee and payment policy covering service inclusions and refund terms. The policy terms are not yet published on this site. Before paying, families should ask for the policy terms in writing and confirm in writing which amounts are university fees and which are ILMERA's service charge. Ask for the applicable written scope, charges and refund terms before agreeing to a service. No unpublished inclusions, payment schedule or refund conditions are stated here.

6. Third-Party Institutions

ILMERA facilitates connections with universities, scholarship programmes, and visa authorities but is not responsible for the actions, policies, fees, or decisions of these third parties. Tuition fees, scholarship terms, visa rules, and admission criteria are set by the respective institutions and government authorities and may change at any time. We recommend verifying critical details directly with the relevant institution or official government source before making final decisions.

7. Website Use

You agree to use ilmerastudyabroad.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any third party. You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity when submitting enquiries.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of ILMERA Study Abroad / ILMERA Group unless otherwise credited, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Kodagu district, Karnataka, India.
