ILMERA Study Abroad provides overseas education consultancy services, including university selection and profile matching, application and admissions assistance, student visa process support, scholarship and financial aid guidance, and pre-departure and arrival support. Consultations are conducted by phone, WhatsApp, and video call, in addition to any in-person meetings, from our base in Coorg, Kodagu, Karnataka.

3. Nature of Guidance Provided

ILMERA acts as a consultant and facilitator. We provide guidance based on the information you share with us, our knowledge of destination countries, and current publicly available requirements. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, embassies, or visa authorities. Admission offers, scholarship awards, and visa approvals are granted solely at the discretion of the relevant university, institution, or government authority.

We do not guarantee admission to any specific university, the award of any specific scholarship, or the approval of any visa application. Any figures, timelines, or eligibility criteria we share are based on the best information available to us at the time and are subject to change by the relevant institution or government body without notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic history, financial situation, and background.
  • Promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.
  • Provide genuine documents and certificates, and understand that submission of false or fraudulent documents may result in the rejection of your application and possible legal consequences under applicable law.
  • Meet application deadlines and respond to requests for documents or information in a timely manner, as delays on your part may affect the outcome of your application.

5. Fees and Payments

The initial consultation offered by ILMERA is free of charge and involves no obligation. Where you choose to engage ILMERA for further services, applicable fees, payment terms, and the scope of services will be explained and agreed with you directly before any paid service begins. Fees, once agreed and paid for services rendered, are generally non-refundable except as otherwise agreed in writing or as required by applicable law, since our work (research, document preparation, application filing, and liaison with institutions) is performed regardless of the final admission or visa outcome.

6. Third-Party Institutions

ILMERA facilitates connections with universities, scholarship programmes, and visa authorities but is not responsible for the actions, policies, fees, or decisions of these third parties. Tuition fees, scholarship terms, visa rules, and admission criteria are set by the respective institutions and government authorities and may change at any time. We recommend verifying critical details directly with the relevant institution or official government source before making final decisions.
