A first conversation is usually a phone call or a scheduled video call where we go through your academic background, budget, and target countries. From there, everything, document collection, shortlist discussions, application tracking, and visa preparation, is handled over WhatsApp and video call, with documents shared digitally rather than handed over in person.

- Document review: transcripts, certificates, and financial documents are shared over WhatsApp or email for review.
- University shortlist: discussed over a follow-up call, with reasoning for why each option fits your profile.
- Application and follow-up: applications are tracked and updates shared as they come in from universities.
- Visa and pre-departure: visa document preparation and pre-departure guidance are handled the same way, call by call, message by message.
Why This Works
